Legend, fiction and fact combine in ‘Aadhi Parasakthi,' the new serial going on air from today on Vijay TV, Fridays, 12 noon. Soaked in bhakti, as the title suggests, the mega is about the various forms of Sakthi and the story behind each. The viewers will be taken on a tour of the abodes of Sakthi, such as Samayapuram, Tirukkadaiyur, Tiruvaanaikkaval, Tiruvachur, Tiruverkadu, Koothanur, Mangadu, Peria Palayam and so on. Totally 108 temples will be featured, one in each episode. The first is the story of Samayapuram Mariamman.
Aadhi Parasakthi is directed by R. Gopinath, and has eminent personalities like K.R. Vijaya, Praveena, O.A.K. Sundar, Anand, Mohan Vaidhya, Dr. Sharmila, Rajasekar, Meera Krishnan, Sanjay playing the lead roles.
