Navarathri Shubharathiri– one of the fascinating festivals of India is celebrated with joy and enthusiasm. Navarathri celebrated with great fervor across various regions in their own special way. In the line of celebrations Vijay TV has planned “Navarathri Shubharathri”, comprises of devotional carnatic music performances and devotional discourses by leading singers and renowned speakers. Beginning from October 4th , the following 9 days will be the celebration of Navarathri where the Carnatic musicians sing hymns in the praise of Goddess Durga, Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Saraswathi. Popular singers like Smitha Madhav, Saswathi & Vidhya Bharathi will sing devotional songs. Eminent speakers Munaivar Mangayarkarasi, Munaivar Vijaya Sundari & Munaivar Prema Kumari will render devotional discourse on ‘Mahalakshmi Namam’, ‘Malaimagal’ & ‘Saraswathi’. They will also speak about the importance and significance of celebrating the ‘Kolu’ festival.
